experience in site design, utility infrastructure, hydraulic analysis
and roadway design.
LARRY D. YOUNG, L.S., Chief of survey. Larry has 25 years of public and private sector practice. He specializes in all aspects of land surveying and computer mapping.
DOUGLAS A. WEBER, Engineering Consultant. Doug has over 25 years in project management and site design. He is our our Bicycle and Pedestrian facilities designer as well as our in-house traffic calming specialist.
